We’re so thankful that you’ll be joining us to celebrate our wedding.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone travelling from overseas, and to our friends and family coming from around New Zealand. It truly means a lot that you’re making the effort to be with us.

We can’t wait to share this special time with you - making memories, enjoying plenty of laughs, and beginning our married life surrounded by the people who mean the most to us.

ACCOMMODATION

Here’s some more info about rooms to help you decide:

  • Studio Room - Ideal for couples and just a minute walk to the venue. King sized beds that can be split into a twin if preferred.

  • Two Bedroom Chalet - Ideal for two couples or families. Two separate bedrooms with ensuites, each on opposite sides of the Chalet. Shared lounge and kitchen. You can park your car outside your Chalet. King sized beds that can be split into a twin if preferred.

  • Two Bedroom Deluxe Chalet - Ideal for two couples or families. A bit fancier than the Two Bedroom Chalet. Two separate bedrooms with ensuites, each on opposite sides of the Chalet. Shared lounge and kitchen. You can park your car outside your Chalet. King sized beds that can be split into a twin if preferred.

  • Two Bedroom Villa - Ideal for two couples or families. Two separate bedrooms with ensuites, each on opposite sides of the Villa. Shared lounge and kitchen. It’s about a 10 -15 minute walk to the wedding venue or restaurant. King sized beds that can be split into a twin if preferred.

  • King Room - Ideal for single or couple stay, rooms are located within the same building as our Two or Three Bedroom Villas, which may be occupied at the same time. While they share the same building, they are completely separate and private.

    A note on Villas:
    Villas are the newest accommodation at Castaways and they are at the top end of the resort. You’ll need to park your car in a top main carpark and then there are staff with golf carts to take you from the car park to your Villa. To get around the resort you can walk or request a golf cart to take you to your car which you can then drive to the restaurant or wedding venue. It’s about a 10 -15 minute walk to the wedding venue or restaurant.

During your stay you can also enjoy Bersantai Day Spa which offers a wonderful range of massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.

If you’re staying at Castaways you can enjoy Castaways Restaurant & Bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It gets quite busy though so it’s always best to make a booking first.

Castaways Resort is located at 685 Karioitahi Road, Karioitahi Beach, Waiuku. It’s about an hours drive from the centre of Auckland.
