Day Conferences
With Castaways Resorts close proximity to Auckland’s CBD and airports, the resort is a popular choice for Auckland based companies seeking ‘day only’ conferencing facilities.
Overnight Conferences
With full resort facilities available, including onsite dining, activities and the ability to sleep up to 80 guests, the majority of our clients choose to stay overnight at Castaways Resort.
Glam Camping Conferences
Our Glam Camping Venue is nestled between rolling hills above Castaways Resort. The Glam Camping Venue is purpose built for year round usage and has onsite accommodation for up to 48 delegates.
Small Meeting Packages
Have a small group of up to ten delegates and want to take advantage of the intimate, refreshing environment at Castaways? Our Conference & Events team can create a tailor-made package to suit your needs, with packages starting from just $600 for a half day.
Our Boardroom Chalets and Deluxe Chalets are perfect for more relaxed, boutique conferences or small meetings, with sea views as soon as you walk in the door, coffee and tea making facilities and the ability to be set up in a boardroom layout.

We offer a great range of activities to enhance your meeting or event at Castaways. From Target Golf to a range of lawn games we’ll ensure an exciting time for your next team building event! Please note that all activities must be booked in advance.

Venues at Castaways
The Main Cliff Top Venue
Ideal for large groups of up to 120, with a variety of set up options, The Main Cliff Top Venue boasts panoramic ocean views and features a cliff top lawn area perfect for team building activities or pre-dinner mix’n’mingles. The separate glass enclosed deck is ideal for private dining, as a break out area, or fabulous as a dancing space in the evening.

The Tasman Venue
Located at the highest point of the resort, The Tasman Room offers a sense of seclusion and is set among the peaceful gardens adjoining Bersantai Day Spa. Suitable for groups of up to 25.
The Boardroom Chalet
Newly refurbished and in a prime location close to amenities such as Castaways Restaurant & Bar and the Clifftop Venue, the Boardroom Chalet is perfect for small relaxed meetings. The Boardroom Chalet fits up to 10 delegates and is also a great option for a break-out room.
